Pre-registration for the eating contests is now open! While it’s not required, it helps us plan how much food to have for each contest. You’ll check a box during pre-registration to confirm you understand that a waiver will need to be signed at check-in before participating. (We’ll have the forms there—no need to print anything!) Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver. Day-of registration will still be available, too!

Eating Contest Waiver

I, the undersigned (or the parent/guardian of the entrant named below, if under 18), understand and accept that participating in this eating contest involves certain risks. By signing this form, I agree to release and hold harmless Bratwurst Festival, Inc. and all sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from my (or my child’s) participation in this event.

I confirm that I (or my child) am in good physical condition and able to safely take part in this contest.

I also give permission for Bratwurst Festival, Inc. to use any photos or videos taken of me (or my child) during the event for promotional or advertising purposes.
