Art Show


Rules for Entry (No Fee to Enter)

1. Entries must be original to the submitting living human artist. No AI content allowed.

2. All work must be labeled with title, name, address and phone number of submitting artist on the back of artwork.

3. All work must be framed, matted and equipped with a wire to readily be hung securely by a single hook. Quiltsmust be submitted with a stand or a method to hang.

4. Tables will be available for three-dimensional work.

5. Digital Artwork may be submitted by emailing submissions@crawfordcountyartcenter.com by August 10th, 2025 for display. Images must be RGB, 3840 x 2160 px. Work not adhering may be adjusted at Art Center discretion.

6. There is a strict limit of three (3) entries per artist. Art already present in the Art Center is not considered asubmission to the contest unless submitted using this form.

7. All submitted pieces must not have been previously entered into the Bratwurst Festival Art Show

8. Art Center membership is not required to enter. Annual Artist Membership ($35) is required to SELL artwork andmay be purchased at submission. Sales facilitated according to normal CCAC procedure including 30% commission.

9. Prizes will be awarded for:
– Best in Show ($50.00), People’s Choice ($50.00), Director’s Award ($50.00), Mayor’s Award ($50.00)
– Adults: 1st ($50.00), 2nd ($25.00), 3rd ($15.00) place and Honorable Mention
– 1st ($30.00) place and Honorable Mention in the following categories
Grades K-5 (based off of last grade completed the previous school year)
Grades 6-8 (based off of last grade completed the previous school year)
Grades 9-12 (based off of last grade completed the previous school year)

    Schedule

    All physical entries must be delivered for check-in Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, between 4:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. at the Crawford County Art Center, 117 N Sandusky Ave., along with completed entry form. All submissions must be picked up between 1:00p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17th, 2025. Any works not retrieved by September 1st will be considered property of the Crawford County Art Center and may be used as donated items.
